Job Responsibilities: - Responsibility for specified activities in quality control and management throughout the production process at the Profile Center facility - Litovel branch - Participation in quality system management and organization, and documentation processing - Performing incoming, in-process, and final inspection of manufactured profiles - Communication with customers and suppliers in the process of handling complaints We Require: - Education - minimum technical secondary education (ÚSO), preferably in mechanical engineering - Experience in manufacturing (mechanical engineering, construction) in quality control or quality system management; knowledge and experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems welcomed - Computer proficiency - PC user-level skills, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV information system advantageous - Active and independent approach to problem-solving, ability to plan and organize work - Stress and pressure tolerance, effective communication skills - Willingness and ability to work in a team We Offer: - Starting salary 40,000 Kč, with possibility of increase to 50,000 Kč after probation - Up to 20% bonus after probation period - 5 weeks vacation and 13th salary - eBenefit 10,000 Kč - Contribution to pension insurance or life insurance - Meal vouchers allowance - Multisport card contribution - Additional benefits Initial contact possible ONLY via email or phone (Mon-Fri, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM).Start date available immediately.
