Customer Quality Technician (M/F)

We are TSE ELECTRONICS - a stable company operating in the field of electronic manufacturing. We specialize in PCB assembly primarily for automotive, but also for industrial and medical technology sectors. Our customers include world-renowned brands such as Aston Martin, BMW, Toyota, and Ford. Our modern automated lines produce approximately 600,000 PCB units monthly. Quality is key for us. Through adherence to strict quality standards, we are long-term partners of our customers across various industries. Our specialized quality team ensures both production control and, most importantly, communication with customers and resolution of quality-related matters. We are looking for a colleague for the position of Customer Quality Technician with experience in electrotechnical manufacturing. We seek an active person who understands quality processes, is not afraid of customer communication, and wants to contribute to ensuring and improving the quality of our products. Job Responsibilities: - Responsibility for ensuring quality - Management of the customer complaint resolution process - 8D - Communication with customers, suppliers, and certification authorities - Implementation and verification of corrective actions - Planning, conducting, and controlling regular audits according to ISO/IATF/VDA standards - Providing support during customer and certification audits - Cross-departmental communication - Participation in new projects - PPAP Requirements: - Experience in automotive - electrotechnical manufacturing - University degree - technical field in quality/electrical engineering preferred - Basic knowledge of IPC-A-600/610 standards preferred - Familiarity with quality management systems - ISO/IATF/VDA - Knowledge of FMEA, 8D, APQP, CP, PPAP, MSA, SPC preferred - Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken (communication with foreign clients) - Experience in a similar position preferred - MS Excel proficiency - data work - Category B Driver's License - Communication skills, attention to detail, thoroughness, technical competence, systematicity, analytical thinking - Team work experience, flexibility - Proactive and initiative-driven approach, independence We Offer: - We are a stable employer; as proof, we offer you an indefinite-term employment contract. - You have 5 weeks of vacation per calendar year, which you can schedule yourself (we have no plant-wide vacation shutdown). - We have our own cafeteria where 6 types of meals are delivered daily - available to you for only 30,- Kč per lunch or dinner. - We contribute to your pension or life insurance. - If you have children, we are happy to contribute to their children's camps/retreats and school supplies. - Occasional home-office - if you have sick children or don't feel well enough to commute, you can arrange to work from home with your supervisor. - We are located in the city center and offer our own parking lot (bike racks also available). - We organize various company events for our employees where we get to know each other better.
