Fleet Manager (m/f)

We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled colleague to join our team who will ensure the management and operation of the company's vehicle fleet. We are seeking someone who understands automotive technology, can handle administration and communication with suppliers, and is not afraid to take on responsibility. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • comprehensive management of a fleet of passenger vehicles, trucks, and trailers, • organizing the purchase and sale of vehicles including administration related to their registration and decommissioning, • organizing service appointments, repairs, technical inspections, emissions testing, tachographs, and other legally required checks, • ordering spare parts, tires, batteries, and other technical materials, • maintaining vehicle records, documentation, and verifying the validity of all required documents, • communication with service centers, suppliers, insurance companies, authorities, and other business partners, • handling insurance claims and complaints, • collaboration with the workshop on planning repairs and resolving technical issues, • monitoring technical condition and equipment of vehicles, • ensuring inspections and checks of special equipment on vehicles, • collaboration with company operations, farms, and drivers to ensure smooth fleet operations.
