CONTACT BY EMAIL OR PHONE (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) Ensure building operations, unlock and open entrances and gates during hours specified by the building operating regulations. Ensure snow removal during winter season. Clean the courtyard and adjacent walkways by sweeping and removing weeds. Ensure operation of the gas boiler room, waste management, and container cleaning. Required boiler operator certification (we can arrange if needed). - 2 shifts: 5:30 AM-12:00 PM, 9:00 AM-3:30 PM Monday-Friday.
