We require: - Secondary technical education or university degree in civil engineering - Background or experience in transportation engineering (advantageous) - Familiarity with regulations (laws, Czech technical standards, technical guidelines, etc.) for road construction (preferred) - Valid driver's license category B - Proficiency with PC applications (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook) - Independence, flexibility, and reliability. Job Responsibilities: During construction planning Prepares documentation for investment proposals. Oversees construction preparation, arranges for project documentation development (surveys, diagnostics, and construction documentation), reviews and approvals. Manages property preparation for construction (prepares documentation for administrative proceedings, identifies property owners, gathers materials for land acquisition negotiations, prepares relevant contracts). Ensures building permits in accordance with construction and road laws, project documentation, and prepares technical materials for client tender processes. Participates in budget and project reviews. During construction implementation Provides construction supervision services. Conducts quality inspections with contractors in accordance with applicable regulations and is responsible for work acceptance and project billing according to the approved documentation. Ensures proper use of the completed structure in accordance with building law. Prepares documentation for transferring the property to the client's ownership. Manages property settlement of the completed project, monitors compliance with building law and construction documentation regulations, participates in assessment, approval, and commissioning of structures on the managed road network. Provides necessary documentation for subsidy program implementation. Monitors the construction during the warranty period and arranges for defect repairs if needed.
