Operations Technician

What will your work involve? • Managing and coordinating operations on assigned contracts. • Organizing and monitoring cleaning work according to established plans and schedules. • Leading, motivating, and supervising a team of workers. • Active communication with customers and addressing their requests. • Ensuring availability of operational materials, cleaning chemicals, and equipment. • Overseeing the technical condition of machinery and company assets. • Monitoring compliance with occupational safety, fire safety, and proper use of personal protective equipment. • Preparing documentation for payroll processing of subordinate employees. • Contributing to the implementation and improvement of processes within quality systems, occupational safety, and ISO standards. • Collaborating with company management on service development and quality improvement. What are we looking for? • A minimum of secondary education with a diploma. • Organizational skills and the ability to lead a team. • You are independent, responsible, and results-oriented. • You can communicate effectively with both customers and employees. • You can handle operational situations with perspective and a professional approach. • Experience in personnel or operations management is a plus. • Knowledge of occupational safety, fire safety, or facility services is an advantage. • You hold a valid Group B driver's license.
