This position involves independent fieldwork in the construction, maintenance, and servicing of telecommunications infrastructure and customer connections (wireless and fiber optic networks). Responsibilities include working at heights, installing and configuring end-user equipment, troubleshooting faults, and communicating with customers. When implementing fiber optic connections, work may also include small-scale manual excavation and earth moving. Work takes place primarily in Vlašim and the surrounding area. The employee organizes work activities within the established working hours according to operational needs. Job duties may include occasional on-call services outside regular working hours according to a predetermined schedule, with corresponding financial benefits. We require technical skills, ability to work independently, responsible approach, and willingness to continuously develop knowledge in telecommunications technologies.
