Job Posting Technician - Master at Technical Operations Department (Maintenance) PUBLIC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OF THE CITY OF PLZEŇ, contributory organization announces JOB SELECTION PROCESS for filling 1 position Technician - Master, Technical Operations Department Work hours: 40 hours/week, i.e. 1.0 FTE Work location: Plzeň Employment type: Fixed-term contract with possibility of conversion to permanent contract Expected start date: by agreement Salary grade: 8 Range 23 470-33 710,- Kč + variable salary component, which can constitute 25-40% of annual income (personal allowance, bonuses). Salary is determined according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll. and depends on achieved experience. Job responsibilities overview: Comprehensive organization of maintenance and management of assigned property (in terms of assignment, control and acceptance of work) Ensuring construction preparation and control of implementation of repairs, renewal of vertical and horizontal traffic signs and communication devices and ensuring submission of materials for updating the device passport Processing of documents for ensuring contracts and orders Control of work performed by maintenance staff Processing of routine documentation for property management, performing administrative and technical work according to instructions of the head of technical operations department Management and provision of vehicle maintenance services for company vehicles at contracted auto services Participation in meetings with bodies of Plzeň City Hall (City Magistrate), Municipal District Office and organizations within the scope of the job position and according to instructions of the head of technical operations department Management of matters related to assigned property Other technical tasks as needed and assigned by the head of technical operations department Qualification and professional requirements: Education - minimum secondary education in technical field (preferably construction field) or university education in related field with experience in the field Driver's license category B Good knowledge of PC work (MS office, word) We offer: Interesting, conceptual work and promising employment Motivating personal allowance, extraordinary bonuses and other employee benefits (pension insurance contribution, meal voucher allowance, 5 days of personal leave, more favorable phone rates, 5 weeks of vacation) Documents required for application to the job selection process: 1.
