Technical Specialist - Heat Pumps/Air Conditioning

Start date: 25/8/2026 We are looking for an experienced technician who will provide technical support to salespeople and installation teams. You will help find suitable solutions for clients, assess projects before implementation, and solve technical issues directly in the field. You won't be sitting at a computer all day. You'll work with equipment, in the field, and solving real-world problems. What will you do? - Assess projects from a technical feasibility perspective. - Help salespeople find appropriate technical solutions for clients. - Support installation teams with complex installations and technical problems. - Monitor quality and progress of heat pump and air conditioning installations. - Look for ways to make installations better and more efficient. - Participate in installation procedures and handling complaints. - Check work orders and documentation for invoicing. Who are we looking for? - You have secondary education with a diploma in electrical engineering or HVAC. - You have at least 2 years of experience with heat pump and air conditioning installations. - You have expertise in cooling, air conditioning, and heat pump systems. - You have experience with F-gases and hard soldering. - You hold a valid permit according to Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll., minimum § 5. - You have a Class B driver's license and don't mind field work. - You can handle situations when things don't go as planned and find solutions instead of excuses. An advantage is experience with solar installation projects. What technologies will you work with? - In air conditioning, you will encounter brands such as Samsung, Panasonic, and Midea; for heat pumps, Panasonic and Acond.
