With our companies in Bulgaria, Germany, and Poland, we support our renowned customers in switchboard manufacturing, electromechanical installations, technology commissioning, and system maintenance. We are expanding our project management team and are looking for a technical project manager to lead our implementation projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the design team, procurement, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution according to our customers' requirements, from planning through completion. Main Responsibilities: • Project management based on established plans • Capacity planning according to installation requirements • Provide technical support for the project • Monitor project financial objectives • Communicate project status with the client team • Identify potential project risks and participate in their resolution • Quality control and compliance with client-provided standards We Require: • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in project management, specifically in electromechanical or industrial installation projects • Strong understanding of project management methodologies • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Experience managing various technology installations (advantageous) • Ability to travel to project sites as needed • Fluent English with excellent communication skills; German language skills advantageous We Offer: • Starting gross salary: 55,000 - 75,000 Kč (depending on experience and language skills) • Regular salary increases • Meal voucher allowance • Sick days • Benefits platform • Pension insurance contribution • Annual bonus • Flexible working hours • Interesting work with an employer with 20 years of history and an international environment • Internal and external training (professional training, soft skills, and more), English and German language courses during work time • You won't be left on your own—expect supportive collaboration with colleagues from other departments.
