TECHNICAL WORKER (m/f)

Budějovice, - Advantageous: secondary education in construction field (advantageous: higher education), minimum 3 years of experience in construction - not required - Advantageous: knowledge of KROS software, etc. - not required - May be without experience in construction; applicant's experience and education will be assessed during the interview - Knowledge of PC work - WORD, EXCEL - Requirement for flexibility, advantageous: experience working in the public sector, willingness to adapt, respect for administrative procedures - Ensures maintenance and organizes repairs of assigned facilities on real estate infrastructure - Secures and organizes repairs and maintenance of building structures; for technological equipment, coordinates construction work both through contractors and self-help, including quality control and invoice processing - For contractor maintenance, performs supervision and work acceptance functions - Ensures and controls budgets (for both contractor and self-help maintenance) - Organizes and performs regular technical inspections of buildings - Ensures required administrative procedures - Maintains documentation of building structures, keeps it updated - Familiar with current and valid legislation in the field of construction activities - Responsible for supplier invoice control, including verification of validity and correctness of invoiced prices, ensuring timely payment of invoiced quantities of assets, work and services, and other aspects of their substantive correctness, as well as for supplementing requirements prescribed for accounting documents - Maintains required documentation according to records management requirements - Issues public tenders and prepares documentation for their issuance - Works on PC with internal email and database programs - Training provided, if needed, for work in the mentioned programs - Takes care of assigned materials Meal allowance, employee benefits fund (FKSP), 25 days vacation, 5 days sick leave Interested candidates should contact the employer by email.
