Work location: J. z Poděbrad Barracks, Žižkova St. 37, České Budějovice, + J. Žižka Barracks Jindřichův Hradec, Vídeňská 169, Jindřichův Hradec Advantage: secondary education in construction field (advantage: higher education); minimum 3 years of construction experience - Advantage: knowledge of KROS software - May have no practical experience in construction; applicant's experience and education will be assessed during interview - PC skills - WORD, EXCEL; advantage: user knowledge of budgeting software (e.g. KROS Plus, ÚRS) - Requirement for flexibility; advantage: experience working in public sector, willingness to adapt, respect for administrative procedures - Maintains and organizes repairs of assigned facilities on real estate infrastructure - Ensures and organizes repairs and maintenance of building structures; coordinates construction work for technological equipment through contractors and self-help including quality control and invoice processing - For contractor maintenance, performs oversight and work acceptance functions - Ensures and controls budgets (for both contractor and self-help maintenance) - Organizes and conducts regular technical inspections of facilities - Ensures prescribed agenda - Maintains documentation of building structures, updates it - Understands current and valid legislation in the field of construction activities - Responsible for invoice verification including verification of validity and correctness of invoiced prices to ensure timely payment of invoiced quantities of assets, work and services and other aspects of their substantive correctness, as well as for completing the requirements prescribed for accounting documents - Maintains prescribed documentation according to filing service requirements - Issues public procurement notices and prepares documentation for their issuance - Works on PC with email and database programs (NEN, ISL, GINIS, ESSS, OUTLOOK), where he/she updates and enters data on building structures - Training will be provided if required for work in these programs - Cares for assigned materials Employee benefits: Meal allowance, FKSP, 25 days vacation, 5 days of personal leave If interested, contact the employer by email.Work location: J. z Poděbrad Barracks, Žižkova St. 37, České Budějovice, + J.
