Job Responsibilities: Performs inspection and supervisory activities over the quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of work and deliveries in accordance with the verified project documentation of the construction or its part and with the contractual conditions of construction. Inspection of compliance and quality of performed work with the builder's intention during design, or with the approved project documentation during construction execution. Requirements: Reliability; communication skills; independence and ability to work in a team; Knowledge of Korean language (B1 - intermediate level).
