Junior Technical Inspector (Investor's Representative)

INVESTYN, a development company, is seeking a full-time technician for civil infrastructure construction projects. This is a junior-level position as a technical inspector (investor's representative), and does not require compliance with § 2630 section 1 letter c) and section 2 of the Civil Code. The role involves monitoring construction work against pre-established technical solutions and corresponding materials including documentation, through inspection and testing plans (KZP). Monitoring compliance with HMG standards and construction progress (documentation for billing). We will provide access to the Czech Standards (ČSN). This position is suitable for graduates of construction vocational schools; we will provide training. Required start date: 4/26. We require attention to detail and ability to work independently.
