Technical Sales Specialist with English and Ukrainian (m/f)

Demand for our products and technical services is growing, and that's why we're expanding our team with a technically skilled person who feels comfortable with design, machining, and technology—and who is equally at ease with sales, communication, and customer relationships. What will you do? You will be a key link between our customers and our technical teams. Your day will be diverse and include: providing technical customer support in machining and tool areas, managing your own technical sales projects, proposing technical solutions, preparing documentation and communicating with our design team, advising on machining technology and design software, supporting our sales team in preparing quotes and customer communication, traveling to meet customers across the Czech Republic (it's not just office work), communicating in Ukrainian when needed to work with Ukrainian-speaking partners, representing the company at meetings, presentations, and technical discussions. You won't just forward information—you'll be a partner who understands the details and can propose solutions. What should you be able to do? We're not looking for a box to check, but a person who: has technical education or experience in mechanical engineering, understands machining, technology, or design software, can manage their own projects and organize their work, has sales or customer service experience (or a natural talent for business), actively works with CAD/CAM programs (required), can communicate well—even on complex technical topics—in both English and Ukrainian (required), is proactive, a team player, and wants to develop both technical and sales skills, enjoys traveling and isn't afraid of changing environments. It doesn't matter if you have secondary or university education—what matters is knowledge of mechanical engineering, English, Ukrainian, common sense, and good communication skills. What do we offer?
