Job Description: - Managing vehicle registration records - Assessing technical roadworthiness of vehicles Enforcing state administration duties in accordance with Act No. 56/2001 Coll., on conditions for vehicle operation on public roads, and Decree 343/2014 Coll., on vehicle registration. Work Location: Municipal Office of Česká Lípa Salary and Conditions: Pay grade 9, which corresponds to the highest classification of work performed according to the current job catalog. Starting salary from 31,360 Kč. Expected Start Date: By agreement Employment Contract: Fixed-term contract, for the duration of maternity and parental leave until 9/2029 Legal Requirements: An official may be a natural person who is a citizen of the Czech Republic, a citizen of another EU member state, or a citizen of a state that is a contracting party to the European Economic Area Agreement, or a foreign national with permanent residence permit in the Czech Republic – at least 18 years old – fully legally capable – of good standing – fluent in Czech language and meeting additional prerequisites for administrative activities established by specific legislation. Qualification Requirements and Criteria Set by Česká Lípa: • Higher professional education or secondary education with school-leaving examination • Knowledge of relevant legislation • Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills, assertive approach • Excellent proficiency with MS Office programs • Technical education background (advantageous) • Category B driving license (advantageous) • Required knowledge will be verified by written test Note: Officials must demonstrate special professional competence within 18 months of employment commencement according to § 1 section 1 letter e) of Decree No. 413/2024 Coll., on special professional competence, entry-level training examination, and certification requirements for territorial self-government officials.
