About the Role: As a Technical Project Leader, you will represent R&D functions within the project team and coordinate technical activities throughout the project. In this role, you are responsible for product design, development, validation, and verification, and you will manage coordination with customers. You will also have overall responsibility for individuals in the project team, requiring strong leadership experience in large teams. Effective and precise communication with various stakeholders in the supply chain is essential. The role also includes calculating project costs and timelines. The focus is on hardware, but you will need a basic understanding of software as well. You will be responsible for meeting requirements and needs from both customers and the internal organization, and implementing technical requirements in both product and process areas. This is a resident role, meaning you will be employed by AUMOVIO but work primarily on-site at one of AUMOVIO's customers. Requirements: University degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, electronics engineering, or comparable field. 4-6 years of professional experience in the automotive industry, electronics industry, or other relevant field. Relevant project experience in at least two projects. Several years of experience in R&D as a technical expert. At least 2-3 years of professional experience as a Technical Project Leader or project manager in a relevant field. Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Merit-based qualifications: Knowledge of relevant standards, processes, regulations, and internal decision-making processes within the industry. Knowledge of risk analysis, risk management, and development processes. Experience with HPC (high performance computing). Experience developing embedded systems. Product and technology-specific knowledge. Familiarity with design and product validation, including qualification testing and processes. Leadership skills regarding communication and presenting proposals, providing feedback, conflict resolution techniques, and coaching.
