Conduct gap analysis and recommend feasible solutions aligned with business objectives. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Model processes using BPMN and define future workflows. Coordinate and perform application testing to ensure quality and compliance. Configure and optimize SaaS/COTS applications to support business processes. Develop user documentation and training materials for smooth implementation. Provide operational support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to maintain system stability. Monitor system performance and proactively recommend improvements. Required Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and adapt to different audiences. Experience in agile environments; knowledge of frameworks such as SAFe or Scrum. Knowledge of collaboration tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow). Knowledge of BPMN modeling and process improvement techniques. Preferred Skills Practical experience with SaaS platforms and integration concepts. SQL knowledge for data validation and reporting. Understanding of CI/CD procedures and modern delivery processes. Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., web services, REST API, XML). Demonstrated experience with claims settlement processes. Qualifications Higher education in a technical or business field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
