Revelop currently has approximately 60 employees with broad expertise and diverse backgrounds. Revelop's real estate portfolio comprises approximately 600,000 square meters of commercial space in Sweden's major metropolitan regions of Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö. You have technical responsibility for properties in, among others, Malmö, Öresund, and Gothenburg, and work independently through planning, procurement, management, and follow-up of operations and technology projects. At the same time, you are responsible for the budget and ensuring optimal technical operations for each property in your portfolio. You also participate in the transaction process and conduct technical due diligence together with engaged consultants. You work closely with colleagues in property management, leasing, and Sustainable Transformation, while contact with contractors, consultants, and other partners is a natural part of everyday work. Examples of areas of responsibility: Initiate, lead, and follow up on technology and property-related projects. Develop investment bases and drive projects within energy optimization, solar cells, and environmental classification. Procure and quality assure service agreements, operations agreements, and contracts. Ensure that projects are executed with high quality, good cost control, and proper safety and environmental requirements. Responsible for analysis, implementation, results, and reporting of energy optimization measures. You report to Technical Manager Kim Vilkas and are part of Sustainable Transformation (https://revelop.se/om-oss/vart-team/). At the same time, you become an important part of the local team in the South, where you work closely with colleagues in property management and leasing. The role is based from either our office in Malmö or Gothenburg, with regular visits to properties. Primarily in the Öresund region, Gothenburg, and to the headquarters in Stockholm. Who are you? We are looking for someone who combines technical expertise with business acumen and strong execution power. You thrive in a role where you take responsibility, create structure, and drive projects from idea to result. With your curiosity and drive to create continuous improvement, you contribute to developing smarter, more sustainable, and more efficient properties. You are comfortable managing multiple parallel projects and contact points, and you find it easy to prioritize based on quality, economics, and long-term value. As a person, you are unpretentious, communicative, and action-oriented. We would like you to have at least five years of experience in technical property management, technical project management, installation technology, or similar role in commercial real estate, as well as documented experience in project management. You master Swedish and English in speech and writing. A B-category driving license is a requirement as the role involves regular visits to our properties.
