We're now looking for a Tech Lead to join our integration team. A role for someone who wants to combine technical depth with leadership, influence, and the opportunity to shape how we work with integrations going forward. Your Role As Tech Lead for Integration, you're the technical guiding star of the team. You set direction for the integration area, guide developers in technical decisions, and actively contribute to development yourself. The role involves close collaboration with architects, product owners, and the business, where you help translate needs into sustainable and value-creating solutions. Key parts of your day-to-day work Lead and coach developers on the team in their technical development Design and implement scalable integration solutions where APIs are central to the architecture Ensure scalability, performance, and security in the integration platform Drive and advance automation in build and deployment workflows (CI/CD), including pipeline optimization, test automation, and release processes Drive technical guidelines, code standards, and best practices Ensure secure and efficient use of modern development tools, such as AI tools Keep the technology stack up to date and ensure solutions align with market trends and new frameworks Work closely with product owners and the business to translate needs into sustainable technical solutions Contribute to roadmap planning, architecture discussions, and long-term technical initiatives Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone with a strong technical drive who enjoys helping others succeed. You've likely worked with integration and system development for several years and feel confident making technical decisions. At the same time, you're curious, unpretentious, and enjoy sharing your knowledge. You thrive at the intersection of technology and business and have the ability to see both the details and the big picture. You're equally interested in building the right solution as in understanding why it's needed. For you, technical leadership isn't a title—it's something you demonstrate by creating direction, building trust, and helping your team develop. To succeed in this role, we see that you have Several years of experience with integration and system development Experience with technologies such as REST, SOAP, event-driven architecture, Kafka, or similar Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Git, and modern development practices Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services) Knowledge of security (OAuth2, TLS, etc.) Experience with agile working methods Strong problem-solving skills and good communication abilities Experience with technical leadership or senior technical advisory in a development team It's especially interesting if you have Experience with MuleSoft and DataWeave Good understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) Experience in DevSecOps Experience from the energy, infrastructure, or other vital societal operations sectors Experience with microservices architecture What You Get From Us With us, you combine modern technology with a clear societal mission.
