Would you like to lead a team while also working hands-on in car care? We're looking for a Team Lead who wants to grow with us at Zivi. You'll lead your team on-site, but you'll also work directly in day-to-day car care operations.
Your Responsibilities
• Lead and support your team in their work
• Work hands-on with car washing and cleaning
• Ensure high quality delivery to customers
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager/COO and plan work activities
• Create a great work environment where everyone feels valued
What We're Looking For
• Experience in leadership, or willingness to develop in that direction
• Responsible, clear communicator, and good at communication
• Willing to work both as a leader and in operations
• Valid driver's license (B-class) (required)
• Fluent in Swedish or English, both spoken and written

Additional Information
• Work hours vary – primarily weekdays, but also some evenings and weekends
