For our operations serving customers in Lycksele, we are looking for an engaged and positive Team Leader at ISS who is passionate about service. About the Role As a team leader, you work closely with your customers and employees. You handle customer feedback and requests and actively work on upselling and quality assurance. You have daily contact with employees and play an important role in introducing new employees to the profession as well as ensuring that the correct cleaning methods are continuously used. Other tasks included in the role include absence reporting, temp planning, and material handling. You will also perform practical service work such as sick leave coverage cleaning at our customers' locations. The position includes at least 50% practical cleaning. We are looking for someone with good leadership and collaboration skills, who is outgoing and has a knack for building strong relationships with both customers and employees. You enjoy being "the spider in the web" and creating good conditions for your team to succeed in its mission. You are comfortable in the role as a company representative and share ISS's commitment to delivering world-class service. We would like to see that you have industry experience or experience from similar service professions. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent professional experience.
