The unit's mission is to provide qualitative and equivalent support to the remaining units within the Care and Services Administration's authority through various types of support functions. The unit manages assignments such as housing coordination, coordination of daily activities, day services, respite care and short-term care, a contractor team working with recruitment of contractors, a controller responsible for registered care, and administrative support. 1 position(s). Your responsibilities As a team leader in the unit, you serve as a consultative support for the unit's employees in their daily work. You provide guidance on complex matters, help employees prioritize their work when needed, and support the unit's mission in their work to develop working methods and processes. In an operation that is constantly evolving, you see opportunities and create compliance, stability and consensus based on operational needs, always with the client's best interests at heart. Quality and process work are a natural part of your work. You identify development areas, take initiative and drive improvement work forward, all to create efficient and quality processes that benefit the individual. You represent the unit in various collaboration forums, both internally within the city and externally. You also actively participate in various projects and drive the unit's issues forward. Your competence We are looking for you who are trained as a social worker, behavioral scientist, or have another relevant degree that includes social law. You have previous experience in authority operations and knowledge of the respective target groups (elderly care and/or persons with disabilities including LSS). You have good computer skills and experience documenting in operational systems. We consider it meritorious if you have leadership training and/or have worked in a leading position before.
