The unit's mission is to investigate and decide on individually needs-tested interventions as well as to follow up on approved interventions according to the Social Services Act for individuals who are 65 years and older. Your responsibilities The unit has grown over time and therefore we are seeking an additional team leader. We are in a development phase with several exciting projects underway based on the new Social Services Act. As a team leader, you are a consultative support for the case workers in daily work. You guide in complex matters, distribute work tasks, and help each employee prioritize through regular follow-ups. In a developing and changing operation, you see opportunities—and create stability and consensus in the team. Quality and process work are a natural part of your work. You identify, take initiative, and develop our processes together with the unit, all to create efficient, smart, and high-quality processes for the benefit and advantage of the individual. You also participate in various collaboration forums both internally within the city and externally. We drive ongoing projects where you are an important part and where you represent the unit. Collaboration is important to us; together we support each other and value collegial learning. Your qualifications We seek you who are trained as a social worker, behavioral scientist, or have another relevant degree that includes social law. You have previous experience in public administration and knowledge of the elderly target group. It is meritorious if you have experience working in a leadership role previously.
