You ensure quality in case management by supervising social workers in their handling and decision-making according to the Social Services Act. You may yourself become engaged in more complicated or urgent cases, which means you make quick decisions when required, regardless of the situation. You also work with statistics, assignment and results follow-ups, and procedure descriptions. You contribute to a good work environment and of course maintain professional conduct in collaboration, both internally within the department and externally with other parts of the municipality and various authorities. You will receive an introduction and mentor support that lasts as long as you need it. You will have the opportunity for wellness hours/wellness allowance, exercise time, and flexible hours. We want to give you the opportunity to develop yourself through both internal and external training as well as ongoing participation in lectures within your field of work. You also have the opportunity to influence the operation as a whole by participating in various development projects. Much depends on what experience and areas of interest you bring with you, and how together we can utilize this in your role as team leader. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with an academic degree as a social worker or behavioral scientist. If you have completed 7.5 credits in social law, that is a plus.
