Do you want to work with management and world-class burn care? This could be the job for you! At our burn center, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in burn care. At the same time, as a team leader, you fill an important function in driving the operation forward, as we are in an exciting development phase with increased care beds and knowledge development.
Our Operations
Welcome to Sweden's hottest workplace! Just below the helipad, we run one of the country's two units providing nationally specialized care for burn injuries. Here we work in multidisciplinary teams, naturally always with the patient as our focus. We care for burn patients from the acute phase, requiring advanced intensive care, through intermediate care and finally rehabilitation before discharge. This provides continuity of care and close contact with patients and their families. The ward has an operating room where our patients are operated on.
Our operations are enhanced by a clinic where we treat minor injuries and care for patients discharged from the ward.

Your Assignment
As a team leader at the burn center, you are a key person with focus on daily operations – both on inpatient beds and in outpatient care. You report directly to the department head and have the task of being the operational supervisor for your shift. Your duties are divided between team leader responsibilities and patient-care work with standard nursing tasks. You represent the department both internally and externally. The team leader role is daytime, Monday to Friday, but there are opportunities to work rotation and weekend shifts if desired.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for a registered nurse, preferably with specialist training in intensive care. The position requires you to be solution-oriented and a good communicator. Wound care is more exciting than many think, so if you're not interested initially, you'll definitely become interested! If you have a flexible and curious approach and good collaboration skills, we're a perfect match.
We Offer
We offer a permanent full-time position as a nurse/specialist nurse in intensive care. Appointment as team leader for a 2-year period that can be extended. Start date by agreement.
