In this role, you will become an important key person in the daily operations and contribute to structure, efficiency, and a strong team spirit. As a team leader, you are responsible for leading and distributing the daily work in warehouse operations. You are a present leader who supports the team in reaching set goals and ensures that work is performed efficiently, safely, and with high quality. The role is partially operational, which means you will work in the operations yourself and be part of the daily warehouse work. Your responsibilities include, among other things: Lead and distribute daily work Coach and motivate employees at both individual and group levels Ensure that workflows are optimized and efficient, with focus on picking targets and performance Follow up on results and actively work on improvements Handle sick leave cases and maintain ongoing dialogue with the consulting manager Actively participate in daily work including picking, packing, and forklift operation The position is full-time and is expected to start in September or by agreement. Working hours are varying and scheduled Monday–Friday. This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting and perform the work for our client. For this role, you need to have a forklift license A+B and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, since all communication, instructions, and safety procedures are conducted in Swedish.
