As a team lead, you work operatively on the warehouse floor together with your team. You participate in the daily work while supporting, coaching, and leading your colleagues toward shared goals. About the Role You will, among other things: Lead and support a team of 2-10 people. Be an active part of the daily warehouse operations. Work with forklift driving. Provide feedback and follow up on your team's work. Be a point of contact for the team and contribute to ensuring work flows efficiently. Work closely with the supervisor and have the opportunity to learn more about leadership and management. The role gives you the opportunity to grow quickly, develop your leadership skills, and gain experience leading others in an operational environment. You'll receive support and feedback along the way. Work is scheduled Monday-Friday, typically between 07.00-16.00. You will be employed by StudentConsulting as a consultant and work on-site with our client in Landskrona. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone who: Enjoys taking responsibility and leading others. Is communicative, engaged, and solution-oriented. Likes working hands-on and being part of the team. Has forklift experience and preferably experience with B3 and A-truck. Wants to develop within leadership and warehouse operations.
