About the Role As Sales Team Lead, you're part of the store's management team, responsible for leading and coaching your team toward sales targets. You lead by being part of the sales team that meets our customers. With clear and motivating leadership, you create engagement, structure, and results. You report to the store manager and serve as deputy when needed. Key Responsibilities As Sales Team Lead, you're responsible for leading and allocating daily work in the store based on the business plan and priorities. You create engagement through clear communication, daily meetings, and follow-up, and serve as a role model in sales and service. You develop employees through coaching, feedback, and skills development. You ensure that customer interactions maintain the highest quality, follow up on campaigns and key metrics, optimize inventory levels and availability, and handle operational disruptions and safety risks. In collaboration with the management team, you participate in strategic planning, scheduling, recruitment, and concept development. You contribute to a positive work environment by building team spirit, handling conflicts, and following up on deviations. You actively engage in systematic workplace health and safety work and ensure the workplace is safe, ergonomic, and inclusive. What We're Looking For You have experience in retail or service leadership You're goal and results-oriented with a business focus You have a coaching, clear, and attentive leadership style You're a team player with competitive spirit and the ability to engage others You're passionate about customer service and long-term customer relationships You're action-oriented and confident in making decisions The Position Permanent full-time employment, starting with a 6-month probationary period. Start date by agreement. Work hours include daytime, evenings, and weekends. Recruitment Selection is ongoing. The process includes occupational psychological tests (MAP and Matrigma). A background check will be conducted at the end of the recruitment process for the candidate who advances to the final stage.
