About the Role As a Sales Team Lead, you're part of the store's management team, responsible for leading and coaching your team toward sales goals. You lead by being part of the sales team that meets our customers. Through clear and motivating leadership, you create engagement, structure, and results. You report to the store manager and serve as a substitute when needed. Responsibilities As a Sales Team Lead, you're responsible for leading and allocating daily work in the store based on business plans and priorities. You create engagement through clear communication, daily meetings, and follow-up, and serve as a role model in sales and service. You develop employees through coaching, feedback, and skills development. You ensure that customer interactions maintain the highest quality, follow up on campaigns and key metrics, optimize inventory levels and availability, and handle operational disruptions and safety risks. In collaboration with the management team, you participate in strategic planning, scheduling, recruitment, and concept development. You contribute to a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, resolving conflicts, and following up on deviations. You actively participate in systematic workplace safety work and ensure that the workplace is safe, ergonomic, and inclusive. We're Looking for You Have experience in leadership within retail or service Are goal and results-oriented with a business focus Have a coaching, clear, and attentive leadership style Are a team player with competitive spirit and the ability to engage others Are passionate about customer service and long-term customer relationships Are action-oriented and confident in making decisions The Position Permanent full-time employment, starting with a 6-month probationary period Start date by agreement. Working hours include evenings and weekends. Recruitment Selection begins in August. The process includes occupational psychological tests (MAP and Matrigma).
