Elektromontage has recently been named DI Gazelle 2025 and is in a strong expansion phase. We are now looking for you to take a key role as Team Leader for an assembly team under establishment. Here you will have the opportunity to be part of building work methods, structure, and a successful team within a growing product area. We are looking for a responsible and driven team player who wants to lead the installation and assembly work of electrical cabinets and electrical equipment in containers, while contributing to the development of both the team and the business. About the role As Team Leader, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the daily assembly work forward. The role involves close collaboration with Production Manager, Project Management, and other team leaders to ensure that work is carried out according to schedule, quality requirements, and applicable standards. Since this is a new product area, you will have an important role in developing efficient work methods, improving logistics flows, and creating conditions for safe and well-functioning production. The team will consist of both Elektromontage's own employees and well-integrated external partners. Your main responsibilities Plan and lead daily assembly work Work planning together with Production Manager, direct manager, and Project Management Ensure that projects are completed on time and according to set goals Organize resources and workflows for efficient assembly Register and follow up on deviations Identify needs and order installation materials Develop and standardize work methods and implement best practices Introduce and support new employees and hired personnel Coach, motivate, and follow up on the team's work and development Set goals together with the team and continuously follow up on results Be the link between technology, project management, and ongoing production Participate in daily management meetings with other team leaders and production management Ensure electrical safety and that installations are carried out according to applicable standards and regulations Who are you? We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise in electrical installation and experience leading assembly teams in production or project environments. We believe you have: Upper secondary education with a technical focus, for example Electrical and Energy Program, Electrical Automation, or similar Several years of experience installing electrical equipment Experience working with control cabinets, switchgear, container systems, or similar solutions Experience as a lead technician or other supervisory role in electrical installation Good understanding of circuit diagrams, cable laying lists, and mechanical layouts Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written To succeed in the role, you are: Responsible and structured Driven with a strong focus on continuous improvement A natural leader who creates engagement and collaboration Communicative and clear in your leadership Flexible and solution-oriented Able to see the big picture while paying attention to details Why choose Elektromontage Elektromontage has over 50 years of experience delivering high-quality solutions in control and power automation to world-leading companies in power generation and shipping.
