As we experience strong growth, we are looking for positive Team Leaders at ISS Cleaning in the Stockholm/Uppland region who are passionate about service. About the Role As a Team Leader, you work closely with your customers and employees. You handle customer feedback and requests and actively work with upselling, quality monitoring, and quality checks. You maintain daily contact with employees, playing an important role in introducing new staff to the profession and ensuring that correct cleaning methods are used. Other tasks include absence reporting, substitute scheduling, and material management. You will also perform practical service work such as filling in for cleaning staff at our customers' sites. The position includes at least 50% hands-on cleaning, meaning you will clean at our customers' locations. This is a permanent full-time position with an initial 6-month trial period. We see it as a major plus if you have industry experience or experience from similar service roles. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent professional experience. It is also important that you have fluent Swedish in both speech and writing and that you are a skilled computer user. A category B driver's license is required.
