Home Care Services in Lomma/Bjärred is now seeking an engaged and competent evening team leader. Welcome to work with us! 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As an evening team leader, you are part of the team for your home care groups and work closely with the activity planner and the convening unit manager. Together with the day team leaders, you start your shift. After office hours, you are expected to work independently with leadership, coaching, and support for our staff. Clear and present leadership is an important part of the role and contributes to security, engagement, and a well-functioning work environment. You also help drive decisions made in the management group through both administrative and practical care work in the homes of our residents. You will report directly to unit managers. Most of your work as team leader is performed in the individual's home, so experience in elderly care is a requirement. Unit managers lead the operations partly through their team leaders, which is why personal suitability is very important. You need to be clear, communicative, and create participation. A prerequisite for developing in the role of team leader is that you are independent, unpretentious, and have the ability to both give and receive feedback. The central part of the team leader role is to actively contribute to and promote a good organizational and social work environment. Other tasks may be added as needed or desired. Your working hours are scheduled for evenings and every other weekend. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are trained nursing assistant with a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare. You have good computer skills and speak and write fluent Swedish. To succeed as a team leader and manager with us, active leadership based on our values is required. Leadership that creates motivation and engagement among our staff. It is self-evident that as a team leader you are a role model for our staff and organization. If you have completed leadership training or have experience working as a team leader, we view it as a merit. You look after the individual's needs and place great emphasis on good and respectful treatment. You are also attentive and can provide a good daily life for our elderly. You need to be able to work independently and be flexible as the workday can change. Since the pace can sometimes be high, it is important to be able to prioritize your tasks and maintain respectful treatment even in unexpected and stressful situations. It is a requirement that you can create and maintain good structure in the operation and be able to juggle multiple tasks at once. It is a merit if you have experience working in elderly care and experience with Life Care. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
