You Put the Final Touch on the Customer Experience You have the chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important mission to make the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This could mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so the customer finds what they need in the store. You should ensure the customer leaves satisfied—and hopefully with an extra item in their basket and a good feeling in their heart! What Will You Do? Each day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are: Ensure that daily operations run smoothly by leading and distributing work. Be a role model in customer interactions and inspire colleagues so our customers leave the store with the feeling of a world-class customer experience. Together with the Sales Manager, be responsible for planning, placing orders, following up, and developing work in the department. Work to coordinate resources and ensure that expertise is used efficiently to reach set goals. Work with cutting fresh Swedish meat, cut in-store. Contribute to offering our customers a fresh and inviting meat and delicatessen department. Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store—we're a team and help where needed! You report to the Sales Manager for Fresh Products, who also has personnel responsibility for the department. Who Are You? You are a natural problem-solver who likes pace and energy. A friendly hello and a desire to inspire and develop other people are a given for you. Do you have a great interest in really good meat and selling products? Great! Do you have leadership experience from before—even better! We believe that you: Have a high school education and speak and write Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's wonderful if you do too. Have a couple of years of previous experience working in the meat/cutting field. If you have previous experience in leadership, store economics, and sales, that's a plus. If you have previous training or a journeyman's/master's certificate in meat, that's a plus.
