About the Job
Position: Permanent employment at 33 hours per week, with a probationary period.
Start Date: September 15, 2026, or by agreement.
Working Hours: Early mornings, daytime, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the work.
We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Work Environment Act, you must be 18 years old to work in the front store.
You put the finishing touch on the customer experience
You have the chance to make the final impression on our customers' visits, so you have an important task in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This might mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so the customer finds their way around the store. You ensure that customers leave satisfied—and hopefully with an extra item in their cart and a good feeling!
What will you do?
Each day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main responsibilities are:
- Ensure daily operations in the checkout line and front store run smoothly by leading and distributing work
- Be a role model in customer interactions and inspire colleagues so our customers leave the store with a world-class service experience
- Together with the Sales Manager, be responsible for planning, following up, and developing work in the department
- Work on coordinating resources and ensuring competence is used efficiently to reach set goals and manage daily staffing planning
- Work in checkout and front store, including gaming ticket sales and service inquiries
- Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store—we're a team and help where needed!
You report to the Sales Manager for Checkout, who has personnel responsibility for the department.
Who Are You?
You are a natural problem solver who enjoys pace and energy. A friendly greeting and a desire to inspire and develop other people are obvious for you. Do you have a strong interest in food and selling products? Great! Do you have previous leadership experience? Even better!
We believe you:
- Have a high school education and master Swedish in speech and writing. Since our customers speak more than one language, it's fantastic if you do too
- Have a couple of years of previous experience working in retail in the Checkout/Front Store area
- Have previous experience working with ATG and Svenska spel
- Previous experience with leadership, store economics, and cash reconciliation is a merit
- Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaged
