We are now seeking two team leads to join our growing team in Åkersberga. This role suits you if you want to combine working close to customers with leadership and coordination, and if you want to take a clear step forward in responsibility within home care services. Employment Terms and Conditions Schedule: Monday–Friday plus every third weekend (including public holidays) Working hours: 07.00–15.30 Employment type: permanent position with 6-month probation period Start date: by agreement Workplace: You will be based at our office in Åkersberga and work within Österåker Municipality. Job Responsibilities – What Will You Do? As a team lead with us, you have a combined role that includes care work, leadership, and administrative tasks: Work Leadership & Daily Support – be a present and reliable contact for your team members and support them in their daily work Practical Care Work – work with customers in their homes and be a role model in communication, quality, and professionalism Planning & New Assignments – participate in planning new care assignments and ensure customer needs are met safely Documentation & Administration – manage ongoing documentation and simple follow-ups in close collaboration with the unit manager Quality & Work Environment – contribute to structure, routines, and a positive work climate Team Culture & Cohesion – build trust, cooperation, and job satisfaction within the team Emergency Response – quickly respond to urgent customer needs when alarm systems are triggered. We work on behalf of Österåker Municipality and are responsible for both routine home care tasks and handling emergency alarms between 07.00–22.30. This is a varied role with both planned and more acute assignments. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is committed and wants to take a leading role in home care services: Nursing Assistant Education (REQUIRED) – you have completed nursing assistant training and preferably hold a protected professional title, with experience in home care Care and Support Experience – you have worked closely with customers in their daily lives Natural Leader – you have experience coordinating, supporting, or leading others in everyday situations Strong Swedish – spoken and written – you can communicate clearly and document professionally B-Category Driver's License (REQUIRED) – you are a safe and experienced driver Responsible, Unpretentious, and Solution-Oriented – you take initiative, stay calm under pressure, and collaborate well with others Comfortable with Digital Tools – you work efficiently with digital systems and documentation We do not accept applications via email.
