Team Lead in Our Home Care Service

We are looking for someone who is not afraid of change and wants to help shape the future of home care in Umeå. We believe in care that people can trust, feel secure in, and benefit from. As a team lead, you will be a central part of our operations. You hold things together day-to-day, manage contacts, ensure our clients receive the care they are entitled to and the compassion we can never put a price tag on. You are present for your team members, provide support, plan, and solve what needs to be solved. On-call duty on a rotating schedule is included in the role. We believe you need to keep your head cool and your heart warm, see people while also seeing the bigger picture. You should be well-organized and very human, courageous yet empathetic. You know that your commitment is contagious and that what you do every day truly impacts others. This role requires documented experience with formal personnel responsibility as a manager – meaning you have had direct reports and responsibility for areas such as employee meetings, salary decisions, work environment, and rehabilitation.
