Your Role: Team Coach and Customer Confidence
As a Team Leader, you have an incredibly important role. You are the face of the company, and you are the coaching mentor who welcomes and trains new Service Assistants. You support team members and ensure that each person has the space to develop and grow. Since the Team Leader also performs some operational work as a Service Assistant, your team knows you always understand them and their daily work. You will also work with quality monitoring and some administrative tasks. The operational work as a Service Assistant (cleaner) is an important part of the position, which makes you and your team closer and gives you all understanding of each other's work and daily lives. How much of your time is spent on operational work depends on the size of your team and office. Some Team Leader tasks can be performed at the office, but largely you work out in the field, close to your team and your customers.
You will work both independently and together with your colleagues.
A good Team Leader is a person who:
enjoys training and coaching
is pedagogical, responsible, and thorough
enjoys working both independently and in a team
is engaged and positive
is driven to provide the best possible service to our customers
has strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
has a B driver's license and access to a car
has previous experience with cleaning
About the Position
Your working hours are primarily daytime, Monday through Friday, but some weekends may also apply. The team currently consists of a number of Service Assistants, as well as other Team Leaders and a few office staff. Together you work to become just that — Better Together.
Placement: Home Office Falun
Employment: 100%, 6-month probationary period.
