You put the finishing touch on the customer experience You have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important mission to make the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This could mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude so that the customer finds what they need in the store. You should ensure that the customer leaves satisfied – and hopefully with an extra item in their basket and a good feeling! What will you do? Each day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks include: Ensure that daily operations on the sales floor run smoothly by leading and distributing work. Be a role model in customer interactions and inspire colleagues so that our customers leave the store feeling they've had a world-class experience. Work together with the Sales Manager to plan, monitor, and develop work in the department. Work to coordinate resources and ensure that expertise is used efficiently to achieve set goals. Contribute to offering our customers a fresh and inviting fish and deli department. Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help where needed! You report to the Sales Manager for Fresh Products, who has personnel responsibility for the department. Who are you? You are a natural problem-solver who enjoys pace and drive. A friendly greeting and a desire to inspire and develop other people are a given for you. Do you have a strong interest in fresh products and selling goods? Great! Do you have leadership experience from before – even better! We believe that you: Have a high school education and master Swedish in speech and writing. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's fantastic if you do too. Have a couple of years of previous experience working in a store within the Fish/Deli area. If you have previous experience in leadership, store economics, and sales, that is a merit. If you have previous training in the field or are a trained chef/cold kitchen specialist, that is a merit.
