Team Leader Electrical Assembly - Finspång

We are now looking for a Team Leader in electrical assembly for an exciting industrial company in development! About the Company The company is a well-established Swedish industrial enterprise with extensive experience developing and manufacturing customized automation and industrial solutions. About the Position As a Team Leader in electrical assembly, you will combine operational assembly work with responsibility for leading and coordinating the team's daily work. You will have an important role in ensuring an efficient production flow and serve as a link between production, engineering, and other departments. Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead, plan, and allocate daily work within electrical assembly • Participate in daily assembly work and provide operational support to the team • Ensure quality, organization, and compliance with procedures and safety regulations • Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments • Introduce and mentor new employees and interns • Follow up on work, report deviations, and contribute to improvement efforts The position is based on day shifts with flexible working hours, and travel may occur. About You We are looking for someone with experience in industrial electrical assembly who enjoys combining practical work with leadership. You are accustomed to working systematically in a production environment and find it easy to collaborate with other functions. We believe you: • Have education in electrical work, automation, or equivalent experience • Have experience with industrial electrical assembly and electrical installations in machinery • Are comfortable reading electrical schematics, drawings, and cable tables • Have the ability to lead and allocate daily work • Are solution-oriented, responsible, and communicative • Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Hold a B-class driver's license and have access to a car It is a merit if you have experience in a leadership role, electrical programming, or work with machinery installation and international environments.
