Enmalms Interiör is now seeking a team leader for their operations in Dala-Floda. About the Position You will work operatively in production while having overall responsibility for ensuring smooth workflow – from planning to delivery. You lead daily work in a small team and ensure that quality, pace, and structure are at the right level. The work includes production work, and you are involved in prioritizing, distributing tasks, and supporting colleagues where needed. The role is broad and suits you if you want to take responsibility and help develop working methods in an organization with short decision-making paths. Work is daytime-based and located in Dala-Floda. Start date by agreement.
