Create memories for life – apply for the most fun winter job at Branäs now! Your Tasks We are looking for team leaders for Soltorget's café and Mattesstugan. Your work tasks vary depending on the café, but include everything from grilling burgers, baking waffles and brewing coffee to handling the cash register, serving drinks and maintaining good order. Of all those working at the cafés, you are the one who is most knowledgeable about menus and assortment. Your responsibility also includes maintaining food quality at the café where you work. It is important that you have a good eye for what needs to be done and that you like things clean and tidy around you. Therefore, it is a given that you share your own recommendations and knowledge with both guests and colleagues. Beyond your knowledge of the menus, you are also the natural link between the restaurant manager and staff, and your primary task is to be available for personnel when they need support or assistance. You are also responsible for orders, you know what is in inventory and what needs to be ordered several times a week and maintain constant communication with the restaurant manager. As a team leader, you work both day and evening shifts. It is important that you find service enjoyable and always want to provide guests with world-class service. You are stress-resistant and skilled at seeing what needs to be done and are the one who makes communication between all colleagues work. Since families with children are our most important target group, you have the ability to specifically see children's perspectives and needs. That you are cheerful, social, positive and service-oriented we see as a given. Requirements Experience with similar work tasks as described above. You must be comfortable with both English and Swedish languages. Meritorious Experience working in a leadership role. Driver's license and access to a car.
