We are now looking for a Team Lead in automation engineering for an exciting industrial company in development! About the Company The company is a well-established Swedish industrial enterprise with extensive experience in developing and manufacturing customized automation solutions for industry. About the Position As a Team Lead in automation engineering, you will combine hands-on work in programming and automation with responsibility for leading and planning the team's daily operations. You will be an important link between production and daily operations, with a focus on quality, safety, and collaboration. Responsibilities and Tasks: • Plan, lead, and monitor daily work • Work operationally with PLC and HMI programming • Support the team in testing and commissioning • Ensure that routines and safety regulations are followed • Collaborate with other departments and maintain ongoing communication • Contribute to improvement initiatives and development of working methods The position is based on daytime hours with flexible working times, and travel may occur, both within Sweden and internationally. About You We are looking for someone with experience in automation and industrial operations, as well as previous experience in a leadership role, such as team lead or group leader. We believe you: • Have knowledge of PLC, HMI, and drive systems • Have experience with Siemens TIA Portal and Starter • Are confident, responsible, and solution-oriented • Enjoy combining technology and leadership • Work in a structured manner and collaborate easily • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English It is advantageous if you have experience with other control systems and working directly with end customers.
