About the role As a Team Leader, you work close to operations and are a natural role model for the team. You lead daily work during the night shift, ensure that tasks are carried out efficiently, and make sure that employees have the right conditions to succeed. You will, among other things: - Lead and support employees during night shifts - Distribute work tasks and follow up on work - Handle late call-ins and ensure adequate staffing - Introduce and coach new employees - Contribute to a safe, pleasant, and efficient work environment - Be the link between customer, personnel, and consultant manager This is a role for someone who enjoys taking initiative, making decisions, and creating engagement in the group. We are looking for you who - Have at least 2 years of experience in warehouse or terminal work - Have experience leading or coordinating personnel - Are self-driven and confident in making your own decisions - Are communicative and collaborate easily - Have a B driver's license - Have a clean criminal record - Have a forklift certificate (desirable) Who are you?
