Team Lead Helpdesk at Kinnarps Would you like to combine leadership with quality improvement close to production and product development? We are now seeking a Team Lead for our Helpdesk within Customer Quality Assurance at Kinnarps. Here you will have a key role where you lead an engaged team and drive quality improvement in close collaboration with functions such as production, laboratory, product development, logistics, and sales. You will be an important link between customer needs and technical operations, with a focus on analysis, assessments, improvement work, and long-term quality solutions. Your role at Kinnarps As Team Lead within Helpdesk – Customer Quality Assurance, you are responsible for leading and developing the team that handles complaints and quality issues. The role involves close collaboration with multiple parts of the organization where you ensure that quality challenges are investigated, analyzed, assessed, and converted into improvements. You have a central role in ensuring efficient working methods and creating structure and driving development. Through close collaboration with production, laboratory, product development, sales, and other quality functions, you contribute to strengthening the quality of Kinnarps' products and processes. The role includes Leading, coaching, and developing the team within Helpdesk – Customer Quality Assurance. Coordinating and managing complaints and quality issues from investigation to action. Ensuring structured analyses and root cause investigations to identify long-term improvements. Collaborating closely with production, laboratory, product development, and other internal functions. Driving the development of working methods, processes, and methodologies within the quality area. Contributing quality expertise to product development projects. Working strategically with complaints and warranty issues to strengthen quality and customer satisfaction. The position is part of Kinnarps' group-wide quality department, which is responsible for developing, ensuring, and monitoring the quality of the company's products and services. You report to the Quality Manager at Kinnarps AB. Who are you? We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where you can combine leadership with quality improvement in a manufacturing operation. You are driven by analyzing causes, finding improvement opportunities, and implementing them in sustainable solutions. As a person, you are structured, analytical, and have a natural way of building trust and engagement. You are accustomed to cross-functional collaboration and thrive in an environment where many functions need to work together to achieve the best results. We believe you have Post-secondary education in engineering, quality, production, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in quality improvement, complaint handling, or similar within manufacturing industry. Experience in leading, coaching, or coordinating people or projects. Good understanding of quality processes, analysis, and improvement work. Good communication skills in Swedish and English. A B-class driver's license as travel is part of the position. If you have experience with root cause analysis, quality tools, or work in a manufacturing operation, we consider that a merit.
