About the Position As a child care provider, you will work in the children's group together with your colleagues. In addition, you will have a team leader role where you are responsible for the daily operations of your unit. You will work alongside two other team leaders who oversee our other operations. You share the same responsibilities and support each other in daily work together with the facility's management. Your Responsibilities Work pedagogically with the children. Lead and allocate daily tasks within the unit. Support colleagues in pedagogical work. Ensure that routines and working methods are followed. Plan and organize activities together with the team. Work closely with other team leaders and management. Contribute to the development and quality improvement of the facility. We Are Looking for You If You Are a trained child care provider or have equivalent experience working with children. Have good collaboration skills and are a natural leader. Are organized, responsible, and solution-oriented. Have a calm and pedagogical approach. Can inspire and create engagement among your colleagues. Have strong planning, prioritization, and communication skills. Previous experience in a leadership role is a merit, but we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
