About the Role In Linköping, two Team Leaders will share the daily operational management and together are responsible for approximately 150 employees. Your focus will be on creating structure, stability, and a positive work environment in a daily routine that often handles many parallel issues. A large part of the role involves people. You follow up, develop, and support your employees in a way that creates both security and development over time. You also continuously work on improvements and are flexible in your approach when operational or customer needs change. As a Team Leader, you are the primary contact with customers and are responsible for dialogue regarding the most operational matters. Customers are often nationwide, and you work in close and trustful dialogue with them.
