About the Role In Linköping, two Team Leaders will share the daily operational management and together are responsible for approximately 150 employees. Your focus will be on creating structure, stability, and a positive work environment in a daily routine that often handles many parallel issues. A large part of the role involves people. You follow up, develop, and support your employees in a way that creates both security and development over time. You also continuously work on improvements and are flexible in your approach when operational or customer needs change. You are a leader who listens, asks questions, and encourages self-directed solutions, rather than taking over the problem yourself. You lead through trust and dialogue, not by pointing fingers. As a Team Leader, you are the primary contact with customers and are responsible for dialogue regarding the most operational matters. Customers are often nationwide, and you work in close and trustful dialogue with them. Job Requirements We are looking for someone who has... good experience in exercising full personnel responsibility for a larger group of employees, including occupational health and safety matters, follow-up, and employee dialogue good understanding of operational management and customer-centered delivery good administrative skills and works structured with follow-up of quality, delivery, and KPIs experience leading a 24/7 operation experience handling personnel matters in cooperation with manager and/or HR function good Swedish and English in speech and writing B driver's license Meritorious: Experience in the security industry or other operations-intensive businesses with high compliance requirements Experience working in organizations with clear line structure and delegated responsibility, and cooperation between them Experience leading teams in change or organizational restructuring Security or industry-specific training We see that you are a driven and solution-oriented person with a genuine interest in people and development.
