About the Team Lead Night Shift Role As a team lead, you work through a coaching leadership style and distribute care work together with your colleagues. The role exists in our organization to ensure close leadership that can support, answer questions, lead, provide feedback, and build trust. You lead a work group of approximately 10 employees working nights, where you have personnel and planning responsibility. The assignment includes conducting employee and salary conversations as well as being involved in developing and quality assuring the operations. To a large extent, you are involved in care work (approximately 80%), while the remaining part (approximately 20%) consists of administrative time. You work closely with the operations manager and are part of the operations management team, where you are expected to contribute knowledge, commitment, and a holistic perspective. As a night team lead, you are an important link between night staff and the management team. We apply a team-based approach and together with the rest of the team you lead quality work through cross-professional leadership. This includes collaboration with the HSL team. Work is primarily scheduled for nights, but the assignment also includes some daytime work related to participation in, for example, management meetings, collaboration forums (APT), and other operations-related contexts. Being a team lead means you are a role model for your employees and a culture bearer for Stockholm's Sjukhem. About Elderly Care Facility Poesin Poesin is peacefully situated in a beautiful natural setting in Nacka. The facility offers 60 apartments distributed over three floors and has been named Poesin with a connection to literature, as culture is something we value highly. You can reach it by bus from Orminge Center toward Hasseludden. For those arriving by car, free staff parking is available. Within elderly care, we have a unique organization for health and medical services. The physician responsible for medical services at elderly care facilities under the foundation's management is employed by us. This strengthens continuity and collaboration in professional teams. Are You Our New Team Lead? We are looking for someone with experience of or a strong interest in leadership and a desire to grow in the role of manager. You are a care assistant with a protected professional title according to the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare with experience in elderly care. It is an advantage if you have worked in any of the following areas; Coordination and scheduling of personnel Quality work within elderly care The position requires good computer skills and knowledge of the Swedish language, spoken and written. This means you are employed in a permanent full-time position as a care assistant (night), with an additional assignment as team lead. We apply probationary employment and individual salary setting; weekend shifts occur. Start date by agreement.
