About the Job We're looking for someone who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Täby Centrum! In short, the role means you'll help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. Position Details: Permanent employment, full-time. A trial period applies. Start Date: September 21, 2026, or by agreement. Working Hours: You will rotate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: Upper secondary education, strong Swedish skills (spoken and written). You need to have previous leadership experience, preferably within retail. More About the Role: You'll be part of the store's management team, reporting to the store manager, and you'll lead and plan operations for the Grocery team. Of course, you'll also actively participate in daily store operations. You'll work with a goal-oriented approach to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other key metrics. You'll also participate in developing and monitoring the store's business plan. As Team Lead Grocery, you're responsible for a very important part of the store's merchandise flow. Your team is responsible for sales planning, ordering, and ensuring the store has the right products and seasonal items in stock. You have personnel responsibility for your team members, including recruitment, scheduling, and onboarding. You'll lead, motivate, and develop your team, helping employees reach their full potential. You're a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, good judgment, and a big smile.
