Requirements: Upper secondary education, strong Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire individuals under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks. You need previous experience in leadership roles, preferably within retail. You also participate in developing and following up on the store's business plan. As Grocery Team Lead, you are responsible for a very important part of the store's product flow. Your team is responsible for sales planning, placing orders, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and seasonally relevant. Your area of responsibility also includes e-commerce, and with help from the store's e-commerce coordinator, you are responsible for driving and developing the store's e-commerce offerings. You have personnel responsibility for your team members and are therefore responsible for recruitment, scheduling, and onboarding. You are a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile. About Us For us, the right attitude and a desire to develop matter more than experience and education. We work together as a team because we see that real good collaboration delivers the best results – and we have fun doing it. A bit more about us: We work with concept management and chain operations – there are clear routines and structures in place, and you won't need to reinvent the wheel. This frees up time for you to focus on developing your team and department. You will be offered many ways to grow and develop in your leadership role. Most of our store managers once worked as team leads. Willys is one of the industry's most successful companies and we continue to grow. And because we're growing, so can you. As a large company, there are many opportunities to develop your leadership role with us, including various training programs. Read more about what it's like to work with us here. About You You love food, people, and sales just as much as we do! Willys grows and develops all the time, and you love doing that too. You thrive in results-oriented environments with a fast pace, you have strong self-drive, good problem-solving skills, and don't shy away from making decisions when needed. You love people, put customer needs first, and are good at bringing people along – both customers and employees. You're good at communicating and can develop your team and store through feedback and coaching.
